Тост с сыром или с сыром и луком . Лучше чтобы хлеб ржаной. И кофе с молоком. Или стакан молока.
Это чаще всего мой завтрак. Ну или салат из помидоров , огурцов , сиреневого лука и заправить это котеджем.
